Corsa Auto Lifestyle

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Corsa Auto Lifestyle. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.


1. Services

Corsa Auto Lifestyle provides automotive services including but not limited to:

  • Ceramic coating
  • Paint correction
  • Paint protection film (PPF)
  • Vehicle detailing

All services are performed to a professional standard based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of service.


2. Bookings & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
  • The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
  • Deposits may be transferred once to a new booking date.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Vehicle Condition & Disclosure

Customers must disclose any known issues with the vehicle prior to service, including:

  • Existing paint damage, resprays, or wraps
  • Mechanical issues
  • Sensitive or aftermarket components

Corsa Auto Lifestyle is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or undisclosed issues.


5. Service Results Disclaimer

  • Results may vary depending on the vehicle’s age, condition, and history.
  • Paint correction services improve but may not remove 100% of defects.
  • Some imperfections may remain where safe removal would compromise paint integrity.

6. Ceramic Coating & PPF Warranty

  • Any warranty provided is subject to proper maintenance and aftercare.
  • Failure to follow recommended care instructions may void warranty.
  • Environmental factors and improper washing methods can affect coating performance.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service
  • Ensure the vehicle is available at the scheduled time
  • Arrange prompt pickup upon completion

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.


8. Payments

  • We accept approved payment methods as advised at booking
  • Full payment is required before the vehicle is released
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Corsa Auto Lifestyle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by factors outside our control
  • Liability is limited to the value of the service provided

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


10. Satisfaction & Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the service:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of completion
  • We will assess and, where appropriate, offer a correction

11. Use of Images & Marketing

Corsa Auto Lifestyle may take photos/videos of vehicles for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish for your vehicle to be used, you must notify us prior to service.


12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be made available upon request or on our website.
