At Corsa Auto Lifestyle, we take pride in delivering high-quality automotive detailing, paint protection, and ceramic coating services. Due to the nature of our work, our returns and refunds policy is outlined below.
1. Services (Ceramic Coating, Paint Correction, PPF, Detailing)
All services provided by Corsa Auto Lifestyle are non-returnable once completed.
We do not offer refunds for completed services, as results are dependent on the vehicle’s condition prior to service and are agreed upon during consultation.
2. Deposits & Bookings
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- This deposit ensures your allocated time slot and covers preparation and scheduling.
Rescheduling:
- You may reschedule your booking with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Deposits may be transferred to a new booking date (once only, unless otherwise agreed).
Cancellations:
- Cancellations within less than 48 hours may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim to deliver the highest standard of work. If you are not satisfied:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion
- We will assess the concern and, where appropriate, offer a re-inspection or correction
Refunds will not be issued without first allowing us the opportunity to rectify the issue.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after service completion
- Pre-existing damage or defects not disclosed prior to service
- Improper aftercare or maintenance by the customer
- External factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, road conditions)
5. Consumer Rights
This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the ACL, including guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill.
